 i have an 89  40hp jhonson outborad hi think my injection [ oil injection ] is putting too much oil in the fuel... i put new spark plugs in and run my motor 3 time ran great ,, the fourth time it acting like its not coming up to full power again,,, is this possible? i pulled the new plugs and there is oil on them  so thats why i think its getting too much oil ,, altho if i push the chock in it comes back up to full speed again what should i look for?

Hello black oil looking plugs are normal after idleing. the choking verified lean running and carbs will need cleaning and soaking in engine tuner. I have kits availble for this type of problem.
