1984 Eninrude 90hp was running great, then just stopped; dead. Checked everything from the powerhead up to the control box, and I suspect the kill switch is faulty. Using an Ohm meter to test for continuity, when the plunger is in, I get a reading (not much, but some movement). Plunger out spikes the needle. There shouldn't be any voltage passing through when the plunger is in, should there?
Thanks for any sage advice!
