I recently filled up with about 60 gallons of gas in a 72 gallon tank containing last years fuel.  I was almost empty but was not experiencing any problems at all until I filled up.  I Idled away from the fuel dock and went about 300 yards and tried to power up but my engine bogged down and started running rough and finally stalled.  I had to get towed back to the dock.  I found out if I kept pumping my fuel bulb that my engine would run normally but it will not pull the fuel itself.  I have changed my fuel water separator and engine fuel filter but still have the problem.  Any suggestions?
