I have an intermittent alarm . I had run approx. 2 miles and an alarm sounded and then shut off. I checked for water at indicator and could see water coming out. I shut off the engine and the started it up again it seem to run fine so I took off again and just a few min. after getting on plane it sounded again and then shut off. Engine did not seem to be overheating. Can the vro system cause this type of alarm and if so is there an easy way to diagnose the problem?

Hello the warning horn can be checked by disconnecting the tan lead at cylinder heads vro wire harness or oil tank sender to verify what sender is activating horn.
