When I get to full speed and trimmed out, I have what seems to be a torque issue in my light 17 aluminum boat.  The boat lists left and becomes hard to steer right.

From what I have been told I need to adjust the little trim tab to the left to make steering easier to the right.  That seems like it should be correct.

The E-Tec 50 trim tab only adjusts to the right.  The numbers on the scale of the tab indicate that it should only move to the right. It will go from 0 to somewhere around 60 and has a stop built in at 0 which is almost straight.

Am I missing something??

Thanks
DaveJ

Hello trim tab can be adjusted either way as much as needed and will need to be opposite of direction of pull. the scale is just reference point of total travel
