I recently replaced the VRO pump due to "No Oil" light coming on.  I would prime the bulb until it is hard, then start the engine.  At idle it seems to empty the primer bulb of fuel and continue to run.  Is this normal?  If not, is there any other fuel pump besides the VRO pump?

I took it out to the lake run it at WOT, no issue.  Just bothers me that the bulb is kinda dry.

Thanks.

I fix this last night.  If I leave the primer bulb in the vertical position, then the primer bulb does not run dry.

Hello I would check for anti syphon valve on fuel pick up in tank as if removed it may allow fuel to flow back into tank.
